En månad med aktieraketer

För en månad sedan plockade jag upp en fråga som ställdes på facebooksidan aktieraketer. Det gällde frågan om vad man skulle investera i för bolag på en månads sikt. 

Nu har det gått en månad och jag måste säga att jag var ganska nyfiken på hur det hade gått med de tio kandidater som jag plockade ut från tråden i gruppen aktieraketer. Helt ärligt trodde jag inte särskilt mycket på idén och förväntade mig rätt dåliga resultat. För trots allt så är det inte fundamenta som driver dessa bolag utan snarare en förhoppning om en bättre framtid. Inget fel i det, eftersom alla bolag har startat någonstans där vissa lyckas medan andra faller platt.

Hur gick det?
Tro det eller ej men om man slår i hop resultatet så gick det plus 209 procent vilket innebär ett snitt på 20,9 procent. En fantastisk avkastning på en månad. Är det nu bara att hoppa på tåget mot nya höjder? För den riskvillige är det kanske så men jag skulle aldrig våga att investera om det inte ges tydliga signaler på vinstutveckling m.m.

Om vi backar i tiden och tittar på det bolaget som gett bäst avkastning, FastOut (110%). Så har vi haft en fallande trend sedan toppen i mars 2016. Sedan dess har aktien fallit med 81 procent och det som verkar ha givet den senaste månadens uppgång är etablering av försäljning i Norge.
De skriver själva i en pressrelease: Inviso, som är Norges ledande leverantör av foto- och kommunikationstjänster till fastighetsbranschen, har precis inlett det aktiva försäljningsarbetet och landat en första order, ett fastighetsmäklarkontor. Ordervärdet är på motsvarande 51000 svenska kronor per år i fast avgift för att använda FastOuts plattformstjänster.

Detta blev ett kul experiment och visst ska man hålla öron och ögon öppna för bolag som kan skapa mervärde för aktieägarna och inte minst utveckla nya spännande produkter och tjänster.
Nu återgår jag till mina stabila bolag som Nibe, Castellum, Beijer Ref, Fortnox, Johnson & Johnson, Bravida och många andra.

Aktieraketer, bra eller…

Jag är med i gruppen aktieraketer, men inte för att göra snabba klipp eftersom det inte ingår i min investeringsfilosofi. Syftet är snarare nyfikenhet om vad de diskuterar och vilka aktier som rekommenderas.

Jag fångades av en fråga kring aktieraketer som gällde en investeringshorisont på en månad. Medlemmarna i tråden gav förslag på bolag som de var övertygade om skulle stiga på relativt kort tid. Självklar finns det många bolag som kommer att gå upp under den perioden men chansen är också extremt stor att det blir motsatt effekt.
Några av kommentarerna är: finns chans på flera hundra % upp, myFC utan tvekan, ZignSec kommer med all säkerhet att stiga under nästa vecka. 

Jag tänkte följa upp och plockade ut 10 bolag som nämns i tråden och se hur utvecklingen ser ut om en månad.
Gemensamt för de bolagen som jag har tagit med är att de alla är förlustbolag. Jag misstänker att detta är en gemensam nämnare för många av de så kallade aktieraketer och att det ibland är en förutsättning för att få det att bli en raket. Så långt som historien visar på Börsdata är det ingen av bolagen som någonsin gjort vinst.
Ur alla perspektiv, långa som korta är risken skyhög.

Det ska bli spännande att följa kursutvecklingen under en månad och se vilka aktier som är vinnare eller förlorare.

Bästa året och snart målgång

Osäkerheten inför börsåret 2019 var många och få om ingen hade gissat att OMX Stockholm 30 skulle närma sig 30 procentig ökning mot slutet av året. Men som alltid finns det ”experter” som måste uttrycka en åsikt och som omöjligt kan se de faktorer som kan komma att påverka både positivt och negativt.

Det brittiska analyshuset Capital Economics hävdade att innan året är slut kommer årets börsuppgångar att utplånas på grund av handelskriget och en allt svagare ekonomi i USA. Just detta är faktorer som har hängt som en våt filt över börsen hela året. En tweet från Donald Trump och börsen går upp eller ned och min känsla är att Trump vill visa sin framgång i börsens uppgång. Capital Economics fick trots allt inte rätt men det är inte lätt att sia om framtiden.
Analytiker, affärstidningar och andra insatta spår gärna utveckling för börsen och enskilda bolag. Några träffar rätt medan andra missar målet, med sunt förnuft och uthållighet kommer man som småsparare bli en vinnare i slutändan. Att tro på de stora klippen är en utopi för de flesta och det finns få genvägar till att bli framgångsrik på börsen.

Investera för livet
Som småhandlare på börsen får man inte ha bråttom. Tid och struktur är din bästa vän och när det väl tar fart märker man av ränta på ränta effekten. Världens åttonde underverk som Einstein uttryckte det, eller om han nu gjorde det? “Compound interest is the eighth wonder of the world. He who understands it, earns it. He who doesn’t, pays it.”
Att få till en bra utveckling på sina investeringar är en blandning av tur och skicklighet. Att enskilda professionella fondförvaltare gör urusla resultat bevisar tesen att trots utbildning och erfarenhet spelar det ibland ingen roll.

2019
Detta årets börsuppgång kunde ingen drömma om i början av året. Efter en urusel höst 2018 var optimismen inte på topp. Men någonting hände och börsen tog rejäl fart under våren för att sedan vackla under sommaren för att sedan återigen ta fart. Om man tittar på svenska aktiefonder så finns det inget direkt magplask och utvecklingen ligger mellan 14-59% och visst är det roligare att ha satsat pengar i SEB Sverigefond Småbolag än Strand Småbolagsfond. Om man tittar på de olika bolagen finns givetvis en enorm spännvidd där många förhoppningsbolag både toppar och bottnar listan över kursutveckling från 1100% till -95%.
För egen del har de olika portföljerna gått relativt bra. Sparabloggens portfölj som i grunden är en defensiv portfölj har avkastat kring 26% och för närvarande innehåller 15% Spiltan Högräntefond och 15% Avanza Global. Resten är direktägande i aktier där Nibe, Lagercrantz och BTS har gått bäst under året.
Bland mina övriga portföljer är det en av barnportföljerna samt fruns som har gått bäst med plus 40%. Aktieinnehaven i barnportföljen är Fabege, ÅF, Walt Disney och Novo Nordisk kryddat med de två fonderna Spiltan Aktiefond Investmentbolag och Swedbank Robur Ny Teknik A.
Bolag som har stått ut bland de privata innehaven och avkastat bra är Fortnox, Evolution Gaming Group, Samhällsbyggnadsbo i Norden B, Enea, NIBE, Beijer Ref, Catena, Dometic och Bure Equity. I särklass sämst har Kindred varit, men den hänger fortfarande med.
Gällande utdelningar har jag under året fokuserat lite mer på att få en trygg avkastning i portföljerna. Därav har jag investerat i flera bolag med bra utdelning och har sedan tidigare en bra utdelningsgrund att stå på. Målet när det är dags att skörda frukten av mina investeringar är att utdelningen skall vara den del som skapar mervärde i vardagen.

2020
Inför nästa år finns det inga förhoppningar om vare sig stora uppgångar eller nedgångar. Det blir som det blir och få personer kan styra över vad som kommer att hända på börsen. Som ett brev på posten (före Postnord) kom så den obligatoriska artikeln i DN: Experterna förutspår inledningen av börsåret 2020.
Trots allt är det förlusterna man vill undvika för det finns inget tråkigare än att se innehaven minska i värde även om det är en del av spelet.
